Process flow:
The construction waste enters the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder, and the particle size after crushing is less than 120mm. Then it goes through the magnetic separator to remove iron impurities, and then goes through the vibrating screen for screening. The materials are divided into two particle sizes, which are respectively larger than 31.5mm and smaller than 31.5mm. 0-31.5mm after wind separation into the eddy current separator to separate the copper and aluminum, and then transport to the secondary vibrating screen for fine screening.
Materials larger than 31.5mm are separated manually, and impurities such as glass, plastic, fabric and metal are selected, and then the light materials are removed through the wind separation system at the rear end. Then fought back broken, to control the particle size of 31.5 mm below, and then through the magnetic separator to remove iron impurities, then enter the eddy current separator to copper aluminum sorting out, for a second screening, sieve sieve materials into powder after 0 to 2 mm, 2-10 mm, material material 10-31.5 mm, and then to finished product bin respectively, made from renewable materials. The vibration feeder, crusher, magnetic separator, eddy current separator, vibrating screen and belt conveyor interface are closed for dust removal to ensure the dust quantity in the workshop is up to standard.
